When signing up with Emily, she was very interested in what my goals were for setting up a program for me. If things changed for me healthwise, Emily was quick to respond with changes for me. If I was dragging my feet somedays with getting to the gym, she would check in with me as to reasons and support me in my journey. She reads my comments that I put in at the end of my sessions and gets with me about what I am referencing. One of the things I like about Emily’s support, is that if I get ahold of her on what to do if equipment isn’t available etc., she adjusts the exercise for me. Emily is very interested in supporting me in accomplishing my goals. She is empathetic yet keeps me in alignment with my goals.

I was matched with Emily to begin a personal training program in February 2024. I have just completed my first six months, and I just signed on for 52 more weeks with her as my coach!
